Intruduction

Fully hermetical structure design is adopted,avoiding cross-contamination of separation materials and in accordance with GMP specifications.The nitrogen protection in the inner chamber of the centrifuge fully meets the requirements of hermetical explosion protection.

The machine is equipped with standard filter bag, vertical ordinary or explosion-proot mator, ordinary transmission triangle belt,motor and belt with safety cover(stainless steel),damper shock absorber,and a set of hangers.

Standard Structure Form

Platform structure, shell and plate welding as a whole,shell cover and shell body with flange quick opening structure, shell cover opening using balanced cylinder assist(spring), shell cover with feeding pipe, cleaning pipe, sight glass, observation lamp, ventilation port, etc.,external connection pipe nozzles using standard flange.

Main Material

The flat plate is Q235 lined with stainless steel. Drum is stainless steel except the drum bottom is casting parts lined with stainless steel. The shell body and shell cover( its accessories)are all stainless steel. The bearing seat is cast steel coated with stainless steel, and the balance spring cylinder is Q235.
