Brief introduction:

The Model PP Two-stage Pusher Centrifuge is a type of perforated basket centrifuge that is both continuous and effective. It is capable of continuously dewatering and washing slurry with crystals and fiber larger than 50 microns. This machine has successfully separated over 200 different kinds of products, such as sodium salt, ammonium salt, PVC, EPS, etc.

The machine is designed reasonably and manufactured accurately. All parts that come in contact with the material being processed are made of high corrosion-resistant special stainless steel with extremely low carbon content and high content of molybdenum or any other stainless steel that the customer requires. The machine has several advantages such as:

- Bearing design life: ≥30,000 hours

- Mechanical seal design life: ≥8,000 hours

- Machine design life: ≥15 years

- Running time under normal operating conditions: guaranteed for over 6000 hours every year
