Description

Model PPC/PPCS centrifuge is the filter equipment characterized with continuous running, scraper discharging and intermittent operation, applicable to the separation of the suspension liquid containing medium-sized granules or fine granules 0.01mm~5mm. It can also be used for the separating of the suspension liquid containing short filbers(with the filber length less than 4mm), with the concernetration of the suspension liquid being 10-60%, With hydraulic and electric joint control mode adopted, this series of centrifuge are capable of high degree of automatic, with such working processes as feeding, dehydrating, washing, discharging, etc. being operated manually or by means of PLC for full automatic control. The horizontal scraper discharging centrifuge has good adaptability to the material to be processed and thus can be widely used in such industrial fields as chemical, light industry, food, pharmacy, etc. For the separating of over 100 kinds of substances including ammonia sulphate, sodium sulphate, anthracene, boric acid, shtarch, pesticide, synthetic resin, sodium cyanide, potassium chloride, sodium bicarbonte, etc.

3. The out shell bucket can be opened, so the whole internal parts can be observed and easy for touch wiping and cleaning.

4. Perfoect CIP system can be carried out to wash the internal parts of centrifuge to aviod corss contamination which are not easy to clean.

5. Unique pneumatic counter-pulse device is equipped, which can remove remnant filter cake as much as possible.

6. Totally-enclosed structure equipped with inert gas protection is adopted to be used in ex-proof I section.

7. The automatic residual cakes removing device is optional(have owned the national patent)
